I gave a three star rating without using the pan, although I would have loved to. The three stars are for its great looks. I ordered this because I needed a deep dish lasagna pan and this looked perfect. The description states it is 16 x 12 x 3. Although the picture only shows one handle, it actually has two, which is great, but that is where the 16" comes from. From the tip of one handle to the tip of the other is exactly 16". Now, the width is only 10", not 12" and the depth is perfect. Since the pan flares out from the bottom, your bottom size is 9 1/2" x 8" x 3" and the top is 12" x 10" x 3". If you need a small lasagna pan, this would be ideal.

It took 3 times to get one that wasn't broken but once I had the unbroken one in my hands I was very happy. I cook many things in this pan and I don't even think I have cooked Lasagna in it yet. The food just tastes so much better coming out of a clay pan. I like Pomaireware and intend to purchase more of these products. A great pan for baking anything!
