This is a great piece -- not only does it function beautifully (even heating, extremely durable & heavy-duty, super-fast clean up), but it looks simply gorgeous as well. It's one of the few pans that actually looks beautiful (maybe even downright 'sexy') on the table. Holds a LOT of food -- had to double my usual lasagne recipe to fill the pan, but that's a fantastic feature when you're cooking for a crowd. The only possible downside is that when the pan is truly filled-to-the-brim with your recipe, it's rather heavy (since -a- it holds a LOT and -b- it's constructed from a significant amount of stainless steel). Totally worth the extra strength training, though! Shipping was fast and damage-free. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Love the lasagna pan - very nice quality and good size. The oven mitts are nice too. I didn't care about the book, will give it as a gift. Great value for the set!

Update 1/5/2013 - This pan is still going strong. Roasted chickens, another Turducken, lasagne, casseroles, and baked bacon at 415 degrees with no warping or buckling. It also still looks shiny brand new, clean up is a breeze. I saw where it is on sale at 69.99 dollars today which is a steal. I'm tempted to buy another one but I think that this one will be around after I am gone! Get one - you will not be sorry.Update on this pan! I used it to roast a Turducken at 375 degrees for over six hours (12/25/2011). The pan performed beautifully. No buckling or warping and clean up was a breeze. I did spray the pan with spray Olive Oil first, which probably helped with the clean up - still it performed wonderfully. I am extremely happy with this pan. It's a work horse.I was a little nervous about ordering the Lasagna pan because several of the reviews said that the pan warped and wasn't any good. I've used mine for roasting a chicken, baking lasagne, and making a chicken casserole...several times. It's great, there hasn't been any warping, it cleans as good as the rest of my All Clad Stainless Steel. I don't know why the others had problems, but my pan is fantastic. I loved the oven mits and book too. Very nice cookbook.
